   I was thinking more along the lines of a "Zombie Meal". Accommodating the needs of the un-dead is so important these days.

   @ikondave For Zombies? More like breaded fried brains or headcheese. When I was a child, both were prepared by my Father and eaten without complaints by the whole Family. We fixed things that you got from the butcher for free or almost, also like kidneys, melts, sweetbreads, tripe, chitterlings, etc. Something about parents who lived through the Depression and fought WWII...
