Rhyming Photographs

This was taken on February 28, 2017. It clearly was not a keeper, and I'd forgotten about it until it fell out of book I'd stashed it in for a bookmark. Not long after it resurfaced, I took a photo on February 16, 2018 of another abandoned building in another place; one that I immediately felt had an eerie resonance with this forgotten photo. A friend of mine told me once that certain photographs "rhymed" with one another. And these two certainly do.
