I opened the lid of my film tank...no, really, I did

I was poring the Caffenol developer through a filter tissue directly to the tank. Then I decided to lift the lid and see if it was going well. LOL, I did it. I admit. Too good that I didn't discard the film immediately - it happens to be quite funky and interesting in places. I think its low speed saved it, and the dim light in the darkroom too.

    you are lucky. I once opened the lid for like one second and the film came out blank. The safelight was not on... This one is for sure a nice result !

    @gauthierdumonde I think so too. I believe its slow speed and quick exposure saved it. I was going to discard it but I am happy that I didn't.

    @nafamoss Thanks. I am working on a colour film with that same "deffect" now. It's being fixed as I am writing this.
