Halina 35X (looks a bit like a child's Leica... from a very cheap toy shop). The first shutter I had the courage to open! Both shutter and aperture blades were completely stuck and all over the place. I got the aperture to work just fine – and managed to get the thing to fire at a reliable 1/50 sec(ish). Not perfect, but still usable.
