August 29th, summer 2020. We met with very good friends, Sylvie & Stéphane. Her daughter, Cassiopée, is the best friend of our daughter @lomomargot. And we made a great and long walk through Lyon, our beautiful city.

Sunday, May 17th. First unlocked weekend, and we took the car for the first time since March 15th... and left our little charming city of Chazelles to get a walk on the banks of the Rhône in Lyon. I had 3 cameras with me, the weather was sunny and warm, and we spent a great time, like recovering freedom. The banks were very crowded, and just few people weared masks... Here is the third film of this very first unlocked day.

She walked with me on the roof of the world, she saw the Americas, Asia, Europe. She captured some of the most vivid moments of my life. After over 15 years in use, she is still gorgeous. I made her a little studio setup, today she is the star.

First time hiking in Switzerland with my new Chamonix large format camera. Several liters of sweat later I ended up with this shot of Säntis, a beautiful mountain an hour from my home.

Me and one of my oldest friends Nicolas went for another hike, this time in the gorgeous Appenzell area, walking up to the Chäserugg, a mountain of the Churfürsten chain with an amazing view on the Walensee. Complete with crazy scary cliffs and breathtaking views. Switzerland's golden autumn is unbelievable, especially coming from a few years straight living in Beijing. Hiking with a LF kit however, I only recommend it if you are as determined as I am, very heavy and leaves not much room for picknick and other essentials

One of my lucky failures. Two pictures I both wanted, now they are both there in a hybrid. A sun-trail of a tree in Rapperswil (was supposed to be shot on Ilford Delta) and a star trail experiment that likely would have been exposed correctly if not for the double exposure. But I love what Velvia did with the color of the sky and the crazy vignette of the Yamasaki Congo lens.

I took off the rear element of the 150mm f5.6 effectively turning it into a 450mm f16 soft-focus lens, giving the picture a nice pictorial soft look. Then waited for the fog to creep in so I can hide the shoreline across and create this isolated feel. And two ducks

I am happy about this one, as Imago Positive Paper is so hard to expose properly. My girl Dudu with one of her spiral artworks. As a background I just hung up her Furoshiki, a handmade silk scarf from Japan. Natural overcast light through the window, 2 second exposure. All those hours of Yoga finally pay off, she can sit really still.
