Unknown Strip

While giving my sister's car a much needed cleaning out, my sister found this strip of film buried in the trash. She would have thrown it away, but I noticed there was some kind of image on it. Now that I have scanned it in though I have no clue where the heck this came from. I don't recognize the picture frame on the wall. Or even that what I think is a shelf? I'm very confused, and kind of creeped out. I mean I've taken pictures that I don't remember taking, but I at least recognize something in the picture. This looks like this is taken in someone's house. The last time we cleaned the car was before I went off to college at the end of summer.
