Formed in London in 1962, The Rolling Stones is an English rock band originally composed of Brian Jones (guitar, harmonica), Ian Stewart (piano), Mick Jagger (lead vocals, harmonica, guitar) and Keith Richards (guitar, vocals). Bassist Bill Wyman and drummer Charlie Watts completed the early line-up. Mick Taylor, Ronnie Wood, Daryl Jones and Chuck Leavell also joined at some point in the band's evolution. While R&B and blues cover songs dominated the Rolling Stones' early material, their repertoire has always included rock and roll. Through the years ephemeral pop fashions have come and gone but The Rolling Stones's music stays popular and relevant which according to a critic is due to them and their music being rooted in traditional verities, in rhythm-and-blues and soul music.
This album is one of my series of lomographic tributes to this cult classic rock and roll band.

This bridge built in 1965 650 feet over the Rio Grande River where cuts a gorge through northern New Mexico west of the popular artist community of Taos. There are walkways and small porches that hang out over the gorge and every time a large vehicle drives over the bridge it vibrates just a bit.

Thought it would be fun to play with filters and lomochrome purple film, but looks like all I did was confuse the film… I got rainbows in circles!
Scanner broke last weekend, so these were digitized with a dSLR and a makeshift light box.

This roll from my good friend from Spb.. He gave me it in winter yet:D But i made it only in july.. He shot colorful bokeh. I made redscale and shot my layer on the street.

These are the first shots I took using Lomochrome Purple film. I really like the results and I learned a few things in the process. The shots I took at 400 and 800 came out much better than the ones I shot at 200. The shots taken in bright sunlight came out much better than the ones taken in shade or mixed light conditions. The more contrast in the subject, the better the results with this film.

The fair shots were taken with my friends af-capture and supershapy on a very fun lomo outing!

on our first year study tour in architecture school, we visited home...Goa...a place that is architecture-inspired..

luis barragan..is the legendary mexican architect whose designs defined the term "emotional style"…by the unorthodox use of colors on modern functional architecture..
he surely finds a distant partner here.. in Goa's traditional architecture..that also uses colors..but here it is on the classical form..a pairing that, like Barragan's, is also rather unusual.
Panjim..the capital of Goa in India..is full of such delightful examples!

Panjim..the capital of Goa..is an enjoyable pedestrian paced town...with beautiful architecture dating back to the days of the Portuguese period...
colors, elements combine with pedestrian scale to make this kind of Architecture memorable..!!...a lomo walk paradise is Goa..!!..
