Homemade Redscale Adventures!!

There are so many things happening in this album. First, I have to give a BIG shout out to @rwins for a fantastic redscale workshop months ago at the Lomo store b/c she taught me how to make redscale film, and I love it!!! Second, I am totally inspired by the work of Dennis Manarchy and his recent exhibit "butterflies & BUFFALO." With all of the changes happening, and the fight going on to keep film alive, I am in awe of his creativity and completely inspired by him. Here is where you can find more info.: butterfliesandbuffalo.com/ Finally, I got a new tattoo!! 2012 was such an awful year, and photography really got me through it. Loving and pursuing the art was a gift. My tattoo is of my mom's Pentax that she used to photograph me from when I was a baby, and it is the camera I used when I began shooting in 1999. (Thank you Ryan from Deluxe Tattoo for your beautiful photo realism work!) So, either I have become super introspective or I have taken the Lomo Rule "Never leave home without a camera" way too seriously!!! Either way, Enjoy!!!!! =)
