While I work in an office during the week, a lot of my spare time is committed to photography. My hometown Cologne is a city full of photographic opportunities [No, I don’t mean the stupid locks on the Hohenzollern Bridge ;-) ]
About three years ago I discovered my interest in analogue photography and my affection towards old cameras. One of my favourite cameras, for instance is the Minolta X-700 originally purchased by my grandfather in the early eighties, which I had had refurbished. I develop my own films so there is a lot of black and white stuff here, I just love the pure and simple look of monochrome photos.
Anyway, there is always room for experiment and sometimes the unexpected just happens creating beauty on its own...
