A very high dude

Talking to himself and singing with eyes closed, without a care in the world, and pulling off some pretty cool dance moves (to be honest). God bless him. Everybody has their own temporary escape from the mundane dreary reality of life. Some choose alcohol, others choose illegal drugs, or computer games, or movies, while others choose perverted videos. Human nature. The pastimes are endless.
