Brutalism by the sea

Elogio del horizonte is the name of a concrete sculpture located in the city of Gijón (Principality of Asturias, Spain), made by the Basque sculptor Eduardo Chillida. It is a work of great proportions erected in 1990 on the Cerro de Santa Catalina.
