A return to Kodak Ektar 100, with its ultra-saturated colors and that almost non-existent grain that looks like it was drawn in.
This roll was shot two summers ago, loaded into my trusty Minolta Weathermatic 35DL — the perfect camera for beach days: lightweight, waterproof, and always ready.
Skateboards, harsh sun, and a tropical color palette — Ektar thrives in strong light, delivering images with an almost surreal look.
It’s definitely not a neutral film; in fact, it does everything it can to stand out.
That’s exactly why I keep coming back to it — my favorite Kodak stock, no doubt.
