    Dear @aslifilmroll.
One day I was surprised by this article. More precisely, that the author chose my photograph to illustrate very important material. Winter is ahead. For some it’s long, for others it’s one day. Regardless of its length, I’m sure it’s a tangle of unforgettable emotions that you’ll probably want to keep both in your soul and on "paper". Therefore, as a sign of gratitude to the author of this article and in solidarity with everyone who has read this far, I decided to add a few important tips for that unexpected and happy occasion when you are going for a walk in the snow with a film camera. Tips for those who have the opportunity to choose film:
    1. Blue to blue sky. Bright sun, not covered by frosty haze. The air is transparent, like a tear. And lots and lots of sparkling snow. Choose film with maximum photo latitude. Perhaps it should be a fresh film that has not expired. And this film should have as low an ISO as possible. This rule works with very small exceptions. But what I think is important for everyone to understand is that you will not find a film that will provide you with details in the highlights and details in the shadows at one time in such weather. Whatever film you choose, you will have to choose either details in the shadows or details in the highlights. There are, of course, other creative options, such as blue skies and the rest being black and white. The higher the sensitivity of the film, that the smaller its latitude, the more careful you must be when measuring exposure.
    2. Unfortunately, weather forecasters do not give recommendations on which film to choose. Therefore, I recommend using the first rule always while snow may “get” into the frame. As long as your camera or photo meter determines the exposure with light reflected from the snow. The exception will be those days when there is nothing to reflect from the snow. There are not just clouds in the sky, but a storm or a strong blizzard has covered you. This is exactly the case when you can load film with a high sensitivity, such as 400 or 800 or more. But even in such weather, I recommend trying to determine where the sun is, and while shooting, try to leave it behind. In such weather this is not always possible, because strong winds can cover your lens with snow. To prevent this from happening, take photographs in such weather with a camera that has the temperature of snow.
I couldn’t be concise, so advice for those who have a limited choice of film, whose camera very accurately measures light at a given point, and also for those whose camera does not measure anything at all, but you are still going on a photo walk in the snow, I I'll continue some other time... Maybe upon request.
Many thanks to everyone who read to this point. Special sincere thanks to the author of this very necessary article both for the promotion and for Lomographers to enjoy taking photographs on fresh Lomography film and on any very interesting Lomography cameras and of course other cameras in which you can install any film. Special thanks for the opportunity to speak. Rest assured my emotions are sincere. You can use this material in any positive way for all fans of film photography, for all Lomographers. Good luck to everyone. Ready to answer questions.

    P.S.
    ouldn't resist...
I think it’s important to make a reservation and add to what has been said.
Photographing snow and taking photographs in the snow - against the backdrop of snow it is most often just cold, and sometimes very cold! But in order to get the result in these conditions that interests you, you will have to work hard and sweat.
